An avid athlete and outdoors enthusiast, Brad Lasher played football at the Battleground Academy high school in Franklin, Tennessee, where he received multiple awards. In 2017, Brad Lasher enrolled in the Oklahoma State University to earn a dual bachelor’s degree in marketing and management, and, in addition to his studies, he continues to pursue a variety of sports-related interests.

Mr. Lasher regularly goes fishing and takes several camping trips each year. He also works out and has utilized his athletic training as an employee. He is currently a bouncer and server at the Eskimo Joe's restaurant and bar in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and from May to December 2018, he served as a fitness associate at the Colvin Recreation Center, also in Stillwater. In the latter position, he provided tips on using the gym's exercise equipment and carried out a variety of safety initiatives in accordance with the center's objectives.

Brad Lasher’s competitive talent has also helped him achieve multiple distinctions as an undergraduate student. For instance, he made dean’s list in 2018 and achieved placement in the peer mentorship program at the Spears School of Business. He also led a small team committed to event planning as the brotherhood chair of his fraternity over the course of one year.
